Your total cost
We buy the machine, deliver it, install it, stock it, service it, insure it and carry the product cost. No equipment purchase, no lease, no service contract. If it comes out, that's on us too.

This is a self-declared age check, not identity verification. Our machines verify age by scanning a government-issued ID at the point of sale.
Your customers already buy these products — just somewhere else, on the way to you or on the way home. A machine keeps that spend in the building, and you don't stock it, sell it, or ID anyone.

Calculated from the machine's own electronic sales record — nothing to reconcile by hand. We don't post a fixed rate; the split depends on your traffic and your venue, and it's negotiable.
Roughly 2 ft by 3 ft and under nine inches deep. Hang it and it costs you no floor at all; put it on a pedestal stand and it's about two square feet you can move. Most venues pick a spot near the restrooms, the patio door or the entrance.
A vape vending machine is a bad idea almost everywhere. It's a good idea in exactly one place: a venue where everyone has been carded at the door, people stay for hours, and the nearest smoke shop is closed or a drive away.
That's the whole thesis. Not lobbies and laundromats — rooms where the customer is already an adult, already on premises, and already inconvenienced by having to leave.
Nothing.
They don't stock it, unlock it, check IDs for it, handle its cash (there is none), process its refunds or fix it. Our number is on the machine. A customer with a problem at 1am calls us, not your bar manager.
All we need from your team is access during agreed restocking hours.
If you're seriously considering this, you have concerns. Here are the four we hear most, answered before installation rather than after.
Legitimate — it's why the ID scanner exists. The machine won't release product without reading a government-issued ID and clearing the 21+ check, and it takes no cash, which closes the usual workaround.
We won't tell you this leaves you with no exposure. FDA guidance puts responsibility for a machine on the facility operator whether or not they own it. The real protections are a site that actually qualifies and responsibilities in writing. Tell us about your venue and we'll walk you through it.
Fair — plenty of vending hardware is ugly. These units are modern, lit, and closer to a card-payment kiosk than a break-room snack machine.
More usefully: you choose the placement and can say no to the spot we suggest. If the only place it fits would hurt your room, we should both pass on the site.
It holds no cash, which removes most of the motive. The machine is our property and our insurance responsibility; we cover repairs from ordinary use, faults and incidental damage.
We cover theft and vandalism too. The one exception is theft by your own staff — that's on you, and it's the only way hosting a machine can cost you anything.
Then we both earn nothing. We'd rather turn down a site than install a machine that sits dead — a dead placement costs us stock, service trips and capital.
No minimum term traps you with a machine you regret. Ask us to remove it and we will, at our cost.
One more, honestly: Cloud Access is a new company and this is our first wave of placements. We don't have a decade of installs to point at. What we can offer is the equipment, terms in writing, and a no-penalty exit — the deal a new operator should be offering.
No obligation, no sales sequence. We'll tell you whether your site qualifies, what a machine would realistically earn there, and what the terms would be.
