Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:

• Your name and, optionally, your business name
• Your email address and, optionally, your phone number
• Your venue's city and state, venue type, entry policy and rough foot traffic
• Anything you choose to write in a free-text field
• Your confirmation that you are 21 or older

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single item in your browser's session storage to remember that you confirmed your age, so you are not asked again on every page. That is cleared when you close the browser and is never sent to us.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, assess whether your venue can host a machine, and follow up about that. Nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.

The contact forms on this site open your own email application; your enquiry reaches us as an ordinary email and passes through no third-party form service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted. If you would like yours removed sooner, email us and we will do it.

Your choices

Email us at cloudaccess2026@gmail.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law.

ID scanning at our machines

This policy covers this website only. Our vending machines scan a government-issued ID to verify age at the point of sale, which is a separate process.

According to the manufacturer, VTM Vending, that scanner reads the date of birth encoded in the barcode on the back of the ID in order to confirm the holder is 21 or over. It takes no photograph, collects no biometric data, and no information leaves the machine. We do not receive, store or have access to any customer ID data from it.

Children

This website is intended for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, email us and we will delete it.

Age requirement

You must be 21 or older to use this website. The age confirmation on entry is a self-declaration and is not identity verification. Age at the point of purchase is verified by ID scan at the machine.

No sales through this site

Cloud Access LLC does not sell or ship nicotine products through this website. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell to a consumer. All sales occur in person at a machine, following an ID check.
