Now placing machines across Florida & Mississippi

Age-verified vape vending. Zero cost to your venue.

Cloud Access installs, stocks and services self-serve vending machines that scan a government-issued ID before selling anything. The machine is small either way you set it up — mounted on a wall, or freestanding on a stand if you'd rather be able to move it. All a venue provides is a spot for it and an outlet. We handle the machine, the stock and the upkeep. You earn a cut of every sale.

ID scan on every sale No valid 21+ ID, no sale. No exceptions.
$0 to you, ever No purchase, no lease, no service fees.
Screened before we ship If your venue doesn't legally qualify, we tell you.

Why host one

A small space you already have, turned into revenue

The machine is about two feet by three, under nine inches deep, and runs off a standard outlet. Mount it on a wall and it uses no floor space at all; put it on a stand and it takes about two square feet. It goes where you want it. Everything else is ours.

It costs you nothing

We buy, deliver, install and stock the machine. No purchase, no lease, no monthly fee, no service charges. If the placement doesn't work out, we remove the machine at our expense.

Every sale is age-gated

The machine won't dispense until it has read a government-issued ID and confirmed the holder is 21 or older. Nobody at the venue has to police it.

You share the revenue

You earn a cut of every sale, paid monthly. The machine tracks every transaction electronically, so you're paid on recorded sales, not estimates. The split is agreed per site, not quoted flat to everybody.

The process

From first message to first payout

No contracts to decipher and no capital outlay. Four steps.

Tell us about your venue

Venue type, rough foot traffic, whether entry is 21+ only, and where a machine could go. Two minutes on the form.

We check the fit

We confirm the placement works legally and practically — local rules, licensing, power, and whether it makes commercial sense for both of us.

We install and stock

We handle delivery, setup, connection and first fill, scheduled around your hours.

You get paid

The machine flags us when stock runs low, so we restock as needed. Your share is calculated from machine sales data and paid monthly.

Age verification

The machine does the checking, every time

This is the part that matters most. Our machines are supplied by VTM Vending and fitted with their ID scanner module.

  • Customers must present a government-issued ID before the machine unlocks a selection.
  • The scanner reads the ID's barcode and checks the date of birth against the 21+ minimum.
  • If the ID is missing, unreadable or under-age, the transaction stops. No customer override.
  • Card and contactless only — no cash, no anonymous purchases.
  • Machines go only where placement is permitted, and every unit carries clear 21+ signage.

No ID, no sale

The age check is a hard gate in the purchase flow, not a prompt a customer can tap past.

Cashless by design

Card-only payment creates a transaction record for every sale and gives you nothing to count or secure.

Monitored remotely

We see stock levels, sales and machine health without calling you to ask.

The scanner controls who buys. It does not control where a machine may go. Federal law restricts nicotine vending to facilities where nobody under 21 may be present or enter at any time, and it grants no exemption for age-verifying hardware. States can be stricter still. We work through that with you before installation — including whether a separated, access-controlled 21+ area is the right home for it.

The deal

Who does what

Deliberately lopsided. That's the point.

We handle

  • Buying and delivering the machine
  • Installation and setup
  • All product and inventory costs
  • Scheduled restocking
  • Maintenance, repairs and parts
  • Payment processing
  • Remote monitoring and sales reporting
  • Our own licensing, permits and insurance
  • Removal, if you ever want it gone

You provide

  • A spot for it — a stretch of wall, or about two square feet of floor
  • A standard 110V outlet within reach
  • Wi-Fi or a decent cell signal for telemetry
  • Access for restocking during agreed hours
  • A genuinely 21+ space for it to sit in

You're not asked to sell, stock, handle cash, check IDs or troubleshoot the machine. If a customer has a problem, the machine carries our support number.

Questions

The ones we get asked first

Nothing. No purchase, no lease, no installation charge, no service fee. We earn from product sales, and your share comes from the same place. If the machine underperforms, we both earn less — that's why we're selective about placement.

A sale can't complete without a scanned 21+ ID, and machines are placed only in venues where placement is permitted. How responsibility is allocated between operator and host varies by state, so the placement agreement puts it in writing before installation.

Very little, and it's your call how. The machine is 21.6" wide, 33.3" tall and 8.7" deep — about the size of a large framed picture — and weighs 66 lbs. On a wall it uses no floor space and needs a solid surface that can carry the weight; on a pedestal stand it takes up roughly two square feet and can be moved when you want it somewhere else. Either way it needs a standard 110V outlet within reach. Most venues put it near the restrooms, the smoking area or the entrance.

Tell us and we take it out at our cost. No lock-in, no removal fee. A host who wants the machine gone isn't a placement worth defending.
